Hi, I’m William Phillips Co-Producer and Presenter for our live show, you will be hearing a lot of me on the show as I will be interviewing some people and introducing some lovely poetry onto our show, my role so far in our show has been to contact the town crier and get the interview with her, I have also been writing my script so i can give some of you guys some interesting facts about things we will talk about on our show.
I am currently in my second year at university and have loved working with my current partner in radio, we have had a lot of fun in rehearsals and whilst out getting vox pops.
If any questions should arise about where my accent is from , I am South African but have lived in newcastle for the last 10 years so its not done good for my accent.

Hi, I’m Jared Tomkins, also Co-Producer and on the technical side of this project. I will be driving the desk when the show goes on air. My other roles include recording pre-broadcast material such as interviews, vox pops and other sounds from around the city. I also edit together the pre-recorded content.
This project has been by far the funest and most productive one of them all this year. I feel as though me and William have made a great team to bring this all together.
